Job Title – Commercial Administrator
Salary – £27,000 – £28,000.00 per annum
Location – Wymondham, Norfolk
Hours of work: Full time 42 hrs per week – Monday to Friday
Job Description:
Our client, a reputable Property Services contractor providing maintenance, building and roofing services across East Anglia are seeking a commercial administrator to join their rapidly growing team based in their offices near Wymondham, Norfolk.
Main purpose of the role
To provide administrative support to the Office and Commercial Team. Assist with the maintenance of internal systems and spreadsheets. Liaise with suppliers, clients and team members to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and to strict budgets.
-Distribute works to Subcontractors
– Administration of Subcontractor works.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Collect and record information on works.
3. Issue works to Subcontractors ensuring financial regulations are not breached.
4. Record details of works carried out on the IT system.
5. Communicate with customers to manage expectations regarding works.
6. Review quotations and specifications from ubcontractors to ensure value for money before progressing works.
7. Manage customer feedback requests and deal with Customer Complaints.
8. Understand and use measures, facts and data to enable continuous improvement.
9. As requested, support your line management in any other relevant task.
10. Compiling and managing contract files, including performance management, H&S files, risk assessments, method statements, COSHH information, management reports and performance measures.
11. To actively contribute to individual and team reflections and discussions.
Experience of

Dealing with customers/ the public via phone
Competent with computers and a standard range of software

Knowledge or experience in a property maintenance and/or technical environment preferred

The ideal candidate would possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to operate Microsoft office packages as well as internal systems. Working in a busy, dynamic department where they will need to work well as part of a team as wells as operate on their own with solo projects. We are looking for a motivated individual who has an eye for detail and is highly organised.
This is a full-time role 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8-5pm
